Blogging along
My big plans to have a barbecue sandwich for dinner are starting to come together. Right now, before dinner happens, I’m watching a few episodes of Stargate SG-1 from season 3 and trying to figure out exactly what barbecue sandwich I want for dinner. My latest missive from the Lindahl Letter will publish out here shortly, and that is exciting. This latest restart of that writing effort has been moving along smoothly. My writing plan involves spending part of my weekend producing a really good research note each week. That is entirely separate from my daily weblog creation efforts at the end of the day.
Maybe at some point this weekend I’ll have some time to do a little bit more blogging. My latest research note just posted covering, "Annealing vs. gate-based quantum computing." We are going to see a lot of movement in the quantum computing space based on the roadmaps that have been released. Things are going to get very interesting very quickly. This week I shared some highly cited papers related to annealing and confirmed my preference for gate-based systems.
