Here we go again. It’s Thursday. I have about two hours of writing to do tonight. The rough draft of my multichannel contact strategy book won’t fix itself. I’m going to work on the rewrites from start to finish. I’m thinking about adding a chapter on dealing with omnichannel modeling. Very few setups use anything close to omnichannel communication. In practice, most channels are very distinct in their functionality. As the intersection of technology and modernity changes everything perhaps omnichannel will become ubiquitous.
