Here we go again… this week I have a few writing objectives to accomplish. I will be revisiting one chapter a day. The weekend of writing go interrupted by a Sunday migraine. It was pretty intense. Some really good stuff happened on Saturday. I cleaned up the multichannel contact strategy novel structure and figured out the ending. The model will cascade into a KPI compendium that will be designed as a deliverable for quarterly strategy reviews.
