I got a massive tray of lasagna from Costco. The meal was easy to make, but it is the meal that just keeps on going. I’m three batches of leftovers into the week and I cannot see any end in sight. This week has been dominated with data processing tasks that required my undivided attention. So far everything seems to be working out, but a data challenge is only over when it is over. At some point this week class assignments should be posted. I’m always curious about class scheduling. Teaching online has been an interesting experience. Things always seem to be changing. Lunch and dinner tomorrow are going to have to be different. That has to happen. It just does. Tomorrow may involve searching the internet for an awesome lunch location.
