Today I waited until 8:00 AM to have breakfast. The end of my fast included 2 Soylent squared food blocks. That was exciting. One was salted caramel flavored and the other was citrus berry. They both relatively taste like the title they were given. The squares are easier than the powder to work with on a daily basis. I just keep a bag of the squares on my desk and they are ready with no preparation. The powder required measuring, a shaker cup, and trying to avoid spilling anything on the counter.
